Here’s what happened…

In a surprising turn of events, a White House lawyer is now speaking out claiming that former President Donald Trump accepted gifts such as robes made from the furs of white tigers and cheetah as well as a dagger made from ivory.

The lawyer is claiming that many of these items which, was not disclosed by Trump, violate the Endangered Species Act, however Trump still kept them.

According to Yahoo News, the items were seized by U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and later discovered to actually have been fake!

“Wildlife inspectors and special agents determined the linings of the robes were dyed to mimic tiger and cheetah patterns and were not comprised of protected species,” spokesperson for the Interior Department Tyler Cherry said.

The Saudi Embassy has declined to comment.
