This isn’t ending anytime soon for Baldwin.

It’s now appears that Halyna Hutchins’ husband is filing a wrongful death lawsuit after Hollywood celebrity Alec Baldwin fired a weapon that contained a live round resulting in the death of Hutchins and injuring one other individual.

According to Fox News, Hutchins was killed on the set of “Rust” on Oct. 21st. It is being reported that Alec Baldwin was told the gun was “cold” just before the lethal shooting and no criminal charges were filed at the time.

Now, Halyna Hutchins’s husband has just retained the legal counsel of Panish Shea Boyle Ravipudi with Brian Panish acting as lead lawyer.

Hutchins’ lawyers have not released a statement following the death, however they specialize in cases involving personal injury and wrongful death.

The movies set’s armorer, Hannah Gutierrez Reed, recently made a shocking claim that a disgruntled crew member mixed live ammunition in with a box of dummy rounds.

Gutierrez Reed’s attorney recently claimed that they believe someone put a live round into the box of dummy ammo. “We’re assuming somebody put that live round in that box, which, if you think about that, the person who put the live round in the box of dummy rounds had to have the purpose of sabotaging the set,” the attorney said.
